  • Overview
  • JLL is seeking an experienced Occupancy Planning Lead to join our dynamic team.

    • This role is crucial in delivering best-in-class occupancy planning and management solutions to our real estate clients.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead account delivery of occupancy planning and management services,
  • Provide industry insights and thought leadership,
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Account Directors, and team members,
  • Manage portfolios and maximize space utilization,
  • Develop migration plans and oversee group / individual moves,
  • Create and analyze reports on seat demand, supply, capacity, and inventory forecasts,
  • Manage a team, providing training and mentorship,
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving,
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building,
  • Detail-oriented with strong spatial creativity,
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and drive results,
  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations and presentations,
  • Experience implementing flex office and alternative workplace solutions.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6 – 8 years of progressive experience in occupancy, space, and move management,
  • Expert-level data analysis skills with mastery of Microsoft Excel,
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint,
  • Proficiency in CAFM systems and AutoCAD,
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or related field.

  • Estimated total compensation for this position :
  • 124,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year
  • The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
