As a Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of the build processensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal Project Manager will bring a high level of organization, leadership, and attention to detail to every phase of construction.

Project Manager Key Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in residential construction
• Proven ability to manage complex luxury home projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with trades and vendors
• Excellent communication skills with homeowners, architects, and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously without compromising quality
