Qualifications
~1+ years of experience in a HR and / or TA related function at a coordinator level or above
~ Experience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systems
~ Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
~ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
~ Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred
Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday and Dayforce
Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination
Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysis
Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration
