Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document residents’ health status and progress

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for residents

Qualifications :

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills

Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork
