Our care management consists of care bundles based on evidence-based practices that are executed with compassion and care. Our intensive care nurses work with all patients and their families to create a healing, humane, and caring environment while focusing on patient advocacy.\n\nScheduling Requirements : \n

- Night Shift, 7pm-7 : 30am\n
- Monday - Friday, every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed by dept\n\nQualifications : \n
- Active New Jersey€¯RN License or approved RN license required\n
- ASN or BSN required\n
- AHA BLS prior to start date required\n
- Previous Intensive Care Unit experience preferred; Previous Telemetry, Post ICU, and / or High Acuity Acute Care experience required\n
- ER Certifications and / or national nursing certifications are preferred\n\nEssential Functions : The Registered Nurse (RN) organizes and administers individualized age-specific professional care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care. Supports the philosophy, objectives and the mission and vision of Saint Barnabas Medical Center and the Department of Nursing. Practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics for Nurses, Department of Health Regulations, TJC requirements and other regulatory agencies. Participates in patient teaching and discharge planning.
