job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAccounting experience. Manage project files. Draft and finalize client agreements. Collect lien waivers. Handle all documentation tasks. Request necessary insurance certificates. Provide support throughout all project phases. Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accurate cost code usage. Assist with organizing weekly project reports. Maintain subcontractor insurance. Issue subcontractor contracts as directed by the Project Manager. Prepare and submit permits and municipal submittals. Report directly to the CFO. 1-2+ years of construction experience High school diploma or equivalent, college degree prefered Organizational skills Communication skills Experience with construction related software preferred but not necessary Ability to work with subcontractors and vendors Proficient in Microsoft Office A competitive base salary between $75,000-$90,000 (Depending on Experience) Medical insurance including dental and vision (100% coverage for individual and dependants) Generous 401K structure Robust career advancement opportunity Fun and Collaborative Culture!
