Exciting Opportunity : Up to a $12,500 Sign-On Bonus! This is available for select Med Surg RN Residency night shift positions!

The Opportunity

Join us at Saint Luke's Hospital of Kansas City , a Magnet-designated facility and a leader in Academic Medical Centers, located in the heart of Kansas City, MO. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical Intermediate Unit. In this fast-paced environment, you will provide exceptional care to high-acuity patients with a variety of conditions, including renal issues, confusion, heart failure, and more.

Shift Details

Night Shift : 6 : 45 PM to 7 : 15 AM

The Work

As a vital member of our nursing team, you will :

  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Delegate patient care tasks and supervise other patient care staff.
  • Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Demonstrate clinical proficiency while adhering to policies, rules, guidelines, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience : Less than 1 year

  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse license in Missouri (NURSYS).
  • Associate Degree in Nursing.
