United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring an Associate Donor Relations (Giving Communities) to join our team. As an Associate Donor Relations (Giving Communities) , you will provide stewardship and donor relations support to United Way’s fundraising efforts to encourage long-term relationships and ensure positive and high-quality interactions with existing donors, as well as support the development staff in cultivating prospects to help them increase the number of leadership donors in Giving Communities.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Requirements :

Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience Requirements : One to three years’ experience, preferably in administration experience in donor relations, events, development, non-profit marketing, or other related fields.

Technology Requirements : Advanced Word, Excel, Outlook, and Andar. Knowledge of modern browsers.

Other Essential Knowledge / Skills : Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills required. Ability to function in a team environment. Spanish language not a requirement, but helpful.
