Painter

Job Description

The Painter is responsible for painting, plastering, and wallpapering public areas to ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Regularly maintains and updates the paint, wallpaper, plaster, and other finishes in all public areas and guest rooms.

Ensures the hotel dcor remains in excellent condition.

Cleans work areas thoroughly upon completion of tasks.

Completes the Daily Work form as required.

Possesses a strong understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and emergency protocols.

Familiar with and adheres to all Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

Qualifications

1 year of experience as a commercial painter or hotel painter experience, preferred.

Flexibility in availability to meet the hotel's needs.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, using various painting materials like paints, plaster, and other finishes.

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.

Willingness to work on holidays and weekends, with a schedule that may vary based on business and operational demands.
