This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is excited about tackling a variety of litigation matters, developing close client relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of a highly regarded practice. The position is onsite in the firm's Merced office, offering mentorship, collaboration, and the ability to work directly with seasoned attorneys. WHAT YOU WILL DO : Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate disputes.Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and attention to detail.Conduct legal research and craft persuasive analysis to support case strategy.Appear in court, hearings, and negotiations, advocating effectively for clients.Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case development and strategy.Build meaningful relationships with clients while providing trusted counsel. WHAT YOU BRING : Active California Bar membership in good standing.Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.A problem-solving mindset and passion for client advocacy.Dedication to professional growth, community, and high-quality legal work. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : This position offers a competitive base salary in the range of $107,500 to $150,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
