Overview

Securitas USA is hiring for a Multi-Site Security Officer (Flex Team) in the Central Maine area. The role reports to the Flex Team Manager and fills in at various sites with full-time hours but no single home site. Flexibility is required; per-diem status may apply for those not accepting shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Fill security shifts at multiple client sites within the Central Maine area as needed by the Flex Team Manager.
  • Provide professional security services, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with clients and client staff to ensure safety and security outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
  • GED or High School Diploma
  • Walking / standing for long periods
  • Flexible work availability
  • Clean driving record
  • Valid driver\'s license
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation
  • Per-Diem officers are not guaranteed shifts and are expected to pick up one 8-hour shift in a calendar month to stay active

    Base pay range : $20.00 / hr
