Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the North Loop neighborhood of Downtown Minneapolis, is looking for PM Pastry Chefs de Partie to execute and plate desserts and assist with the savory line. Team members must be able to learn from mistakes, cultivate a positive attitude through good and bad days, and hold to a culture of respect for all team members.
We are looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who has :
- A warm and positive demeanor with colleagues and guests alike
- Ability to work independently while also actively supporting other team members throughout the restaurant
- Ability to stay focused and organized, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining careful attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively as a team
- Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
