EPM Scientific is partnered with a rapidly growing, Commercial-Stage Biopharmaceutical company, with a first-in-class product, to hire a Manager and Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation. This is an exciting opportunity on the Commercial Planning & Operations team to work with cross functional stakeholders and apply a strategic lens to Incentive Compensation. Responsibilities :

• Design and optimize incentive structures in collaboration with cross-functional commercial teams to drive field performance.
• Oversee administration and partner coordination to ensure seamless execution of incentive programs and related processes.
• Enhance data quality and analytics frameworks to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Lead communication and training efforts to support adoption and alignment of incentive tools across field operations.
