Financial Analysis Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Analysis for a 3-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the financial planning process, including budgets, forecasts, and operating plans

Support the full budget cycle, including variance analysis and financial model building

Monitor financial performance and present findings to the Senior Controller and leadership team

Required Qualifications

Post-secondary diploma / degree in Accounting and / or Business; MBA and / or CPA preferred

7+ years of related experience, preferably in a publicly traded or multi-national organization

Excellent Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling skills

Experience with integrated ERP systems, preferably SAP and SAP BPC

Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently in a rapidly changing environment
