About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Profession : Nursing

Specialty : Medical / Surgical Telemetry

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 18 months recent Medical / Surgical Telemetry experience.

License : Must have a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand.

Certifications : AHA BLS and ACLS required. NIH certification must be obtained prior to start.

Must-Have :

Must have Epic experience.

One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission.

ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation, with acceptable scores required on both.

Traveler must work at least every other holiday.

Description :

All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable.

Night shift consists of three 12-hour shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM.

Employment requires a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for.

Active certifications must be in good standing with no pending issues.

Candidates must complete BCI / FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract.

The facility has a strict no-call policy.

Candidates with facial hair must have an approved medical or religious exemption for alternative respiratory protection.

Candidates will need to pick up their badges and complete onsite fingerprints prior to their start date.

All additional required modules must be completed pre-start.

The facility complies with NICOTINE-FREE policies as applicable to certain travelers.

Negative 10-panel drug screening is required within 12 months prior to start.

This position is open to travelers with no license violations.

All other candidates must wait one year from their previous end date before returning.

For compliance and orientation purposes, travelers will be subject to assessments and evaluations as part of their onboarding.
