Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : 100% Remote (Must reside in PA, MD, VA, FL, or DC)

Placement Type : Contract to Hire (4–6 Months Temp to Perm)

Pay Range : $18.00 – $22.00 / hour USD

Position Summary :

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a remote support team for a healthcare-related client. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and healthcare. Representatives will handle inbound inquiries from members, providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information regarding Medicare, insurance, and health plans
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions in the service database
• Adhere to compliance standards and internal policies
• Demonstrate accountability and active listening in all communications
