Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers the opportunity to support students behavioral development within a dynamic K-12 educational environment. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, collaborating with educators and families, and promoting positive behavioral outes for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess student behavior and develop individualized intervention strategies aligned with educational goals
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs
• Provide coaching and training to school personnel on behavioral techniques and best practices
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans
