Develop individualized treatment programs to improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding healthcare documentation. Occasionally float to other facilities as needed for coverage. Required Qualifications Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology. Current certification in CPR / BLS. Strong assessment and clinical skills in speech and language therapy. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience in a nursing facility or acute care setting. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations is beneficial.
