Regional Leader Marine Insurance – Charleston, SC (Hybrid)
Our client is a leading specialty insurance group focused on marine, surety, and logistics-related coverage is seeking a Regional Leader for its Charleston, SC office. This hybrid role reports to the division President and plays a critical part in driving growth, developing talent, and building strong client relationships within the logistics and customs brokerage sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, including Product Managers, Business Development Executives, and Relationship Managers.
- Foster a culture of engagement, curiosity, and bold thinking aligned with company values.
- Strengthen client relationships and ensure a high standard of service and retention.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute region-specific strategies.
- Oversee regional office financials, including revenue and profitability goals.
