job_description.job_card.job_descriptionJob Description : Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical at ProHealth Waukesha Memorial Hospital Contract Length : 13 Weeks Orientation Date : 2 / 11 Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 36 hours Shift Requirements : 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation Float Requirements : Candidate may float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Mukwonago and other like units as needed. Required Certifications : BLS, WI or Compact license Minimum Experience : 3-5 years MS experience required Charting Experience Required : EPIC required within last 12 months Shift Requirements : 12hr NOCs; every other weekend; Holiday rotation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed. Unit Information : 5 Med unit, 53 bed unit, 1 : 7-8 patient ratio Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates, Strong Documentation skills, able to work in a fast paced environment Employee should not be asked to work outside of his / her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
