About the Role :

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager , youll lead the development and setup of multi-million-dollar projects. This role is critical to both strategic planning and execution, with a strong focus on leadership, communication, scheduling, estimating, and operations planning. You will collaborate closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams to support the execution of Murrays sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead preconstruction efforts on complex projects
  • Develop estimates, schedules, and procurement strategies
  • Collaborate with integrated design and construction teams
  • Support project pursuits and early client engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in preconstruction processes

What Were Looking For :

  • Bachelors degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience (10+ years preferred)
  • At least 8 years of construction experience in estimating, project management, or business development; healthcare construction experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Procore
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
  • Willingness to travel overnight to project locations
  • Valid drivers license
