ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – COMMERCIAL LITIGATION

, is seeking a highly-motivated Associate Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas . This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated civil litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience and a keen ability to manage complex cases.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record .

Active Bar Admission in Nevada .

2+ years of substantive experience in litigation , including professional liability , employment defense , products liability , accounting , legal malpractice , financial services litigation , architects & engineers and / or general construction litigation .

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a large, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle complex commercial litigation matters across various practice areas.

Manage cases from inception through resolution , including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.

Provide strategic counsel to clients on risk mitigation and dispute resolution .

Work closely with clients to develop innovative legal strategies and solutions.

Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
