Arizona Licensed Patient Financial Rep

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and claims

Research and resolve payment discrepancies and denials, working with payors and internal departments

Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients, addressing billing and payment issues effectively

Required Qualifications

High school diploma / GED or equivalent working knowledge

Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Insurance Accounts Receivable or Physician Fee for Service Billing

Intermediate to Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes

Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
