Marketing Strategy Associate II
The Marketing Strategy Associate II serves as a strategic catalyst, driving cross-functional alignment and execution of market engagement strategies across the QTS portfolio. This role will manage strategy, coordination, and execution of market engagements, ensuring effective messaging and action. This role will do this by bringing the diverse needs and perspectives of internal stakeholders together to ensure cross-functional coordination and alignment. This leader crafts compelling, thoughtful messaging and uncovers innovative opportunities to facilitate delivering bespoke narratives that resonate with key audiences. Acting as a force-multiplier, the Senior Manager bridges stakeholder teams through deep organizational fluency and a sharp strategic lenstranslating diverse perspectives into unified, business-critical decisions. This role ensures seamless collaboration and alignment across business units to execute high-quality, accelerated outcomes. By shaping narratives that matter and showing up with intention in pivotal moments, the Manager strengthens QTS's market presence and deepens its reputation as a trusted partner.

Cross-division Alignment
Serve as the orchestrator across stakeholder teams / divisions (i.e. Economic Development, Pre-Development, Brand / Marketing / Communications, Site Selection, etc.) to drive unified market priorities and strategic consensus. Champion cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with QTS's broader business objectives.
Market Intelligence & Decision Enablement
Transform hyperlocal insights and complex market dynamics into tailored, actionable engagement strategies. Leverage a holistic ecosystem perspective to inform and accelerate strategic decision-making from vision to execution.
External Engagement & Relationships Stewardship
Cultivate, nurture and expand high-impact external partnerships that enhance QTS's reputation and influence across its market portfolio. Proactively identify untapped opportunities and pioneer new engagement models that help create best practices.
Strategy Development
This role will build and frame strategies on a range of topics that cut across our organization where the Brand & Marketing team play a key role. As those strategic directions are set, this role will help facilitate and at times be asked to lead strategy into execution. Ensuring strategic initiatives are consistently prioritized and refined to reflect BM&C team and senior leadership objectives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience. Advanced Degree preferred
Three or more years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
Strong understanding of real estate and data center industry. Understanding of QTS and the intersection of economic development, pre-development, and public affairs preferred.
Strong cross-functional leadership. Demonstrated success leading and influence senior / executive leaders preferred.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills. Demonstrated success delivering thought leaderships / industry education to all levels of internal / external stakeholders preferred
