If you are looking for an opportunity to work cross-functionally and to facilitate a process from beginning to end, this role may be for you. This role serves as the main interface with our other BAE Systems sites for the purposes of processing, reconciling and settling intercompany transactions. In addition, there will be support of Treasury activities.

The role will be responsible for the following items :

• Support collection of outstanding invoices
• Process incoming invoices for booking and eventual payment
• Interface with internal teams to identify proper charging guidance
• Report on monthly activity to Finance and other functions
• Complete journal entries
• General Ledger account reconciliations
• Support Treasury activity around payment issuance, responding to payment status inquiries and bank account maintenance
• Compliance
• Complete Internal Control reviews and report results to Management
• Support internal and external audit activities
• Support special projects
• Participate on or contribute to process / quality improvement teams and / or initiatives
• Support and implement performance driven changes in processes and procedures
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range : $50268 - $85455. Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
