Production Manager

Our client, a team dedicated to creating innovative nutrition solutions that fuel both body and mind. Their state-of-the-art facility in Big Bend, WI, is looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on safety, quality, and teamwork. This role will oversee both production and warehouse activities, ensuring smooth operations, high product standards, and a supportive environment where people can thrive.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead day-to-day operations for production and warehouse, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop schedules, workflows, and performance targets to keep production on track and cost-effective.
  • Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and support staff with clear communication, performance feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive process improvements, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain a safe, compliant work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience as a Production Manager within food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals (or similar) is required.
  • Strong people skillsable to motivate, mentor, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Skilled problem-solver with ERP software experience (Odoo or similar a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
