What You'll Be Doing :
Editing video content using Adobe Premiere (Reels, TikToks, product promos, etc.)Designing scroll-worthy static graphics in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or ExpressPosting and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and moreHelping brainstorm and storyboard fun, thumb-stopping creativeOrganizing and managing assets for a variety of brand campaignsWhere these assets will be living :Organic Social accounts for the brandsAdvertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Website, etc.Bonus points : appearing on camera for Reels, TikToks, tutorials, or memes (don’t worry—we’ll make you look good)Even more bonus points : If you can shoot photos and video yourself and are comfy behind a camera tooMust-Have Skills :
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (that’s your bread and butter)A solid design eye for clean, clever layouts and text animationsExperience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Express or Canva)Proven experience creating organic social content —not just editing someone else’s vision, but being the creatorAbility to juggle multiple brands and shift voice / style to matchSelf-starter energy and ability to work independently without tons of hand-holdingWillingness to LEARN and GROW in this field. You’ve been on camera before and liked it (you don’t need to be an influencer, just comfortable!)You’ve got photography or videography chopsYou’ve used a camera in manual mode before and didn’t break into a sweatYou’re obsessed with what makes content actually perform on platforms like TikTok and IGCompensation & Benefits :
