Supervisor, Repair & Maintenance Engineering

The Supervisor, Repair & Maintenance Engineering (Management Path), is primarily responsible for leading a team in planning, designing, and implementing maintenance programs for facilities and equipment. You will coordinate maintenance work, review engineering specifications, and participate in equipment installation. Strong supervisory skills, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential at our Fort Worth North Manufacturing Site in Fort Worth, TX.
In this role, a typical day will include :
- Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes in maintenance programs
- Plan and coordinate maintenance engineering work, including reviewing mechanical and electrical engineering specifications
- Perform engineering reviews of proposed new equipment designs for reliability and maintenance
- Liaise with production staff to coordinate repair work, safety inspections, and equipment supply with schedules
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Foster a culture of excellence by leading performance management, driving talent development, and enhancing employee engagement and recognition
- Make day-to-day decisions affecting team members, managing task assignments and workflow
- All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
- Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization
- Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations
