About Folia

Folia is Built On Hospitality’s tropical-inspired all day hangout in the heart of South End Charlotte. By day, we’re a neighborhood café serving coffee and espresso sourced from local roaster Night Swim Coffee. By night, Folia transforms into a lush retreat with high-energy craft cocktails, simple but thoughtful bites, and warm hospitality at the center of everything we do.

The Role

We’re looking for PM servers who bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality. At Folia, every interaction is part of the experience — our servers are storytellers, hosts, and connectors who help create memorable moments for every guest.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth, personality, and professionalism.
• Guide guests through food, cocktail, and wine menus, offering recommendations with confidence.
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly and seamlessly.
• Work alongside bartenders, hosts, and teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold health and safety standards.
• Actively promote specials, events, and signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience.
