Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Plainsboro, NJ for a Registered Nurse – Phone Triage - Outpatient. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for triaging patient calls, assessing patient needs, providing medical advice over the phone, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patient care is managed effectively. The role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of outpatient care protocols.
