About the Role :

The Asset Management Analyst will contribute to property and portfolio level reporting and analysis to support strategic planning at the property and portfolio level.

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Prepare, analyze, and develop financial reports for planning, forecasting, trending, and variance analysis against actual business performance.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Asset Management team and various departments throughout the organization to compile financial results.
  • Conduct business, financial, and operational analyses to influence results and support senior-level decision-making.
  • Analyze properties' profit and loss statements to improve management decision-making by identifying performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide data on the achievement of financial objectives and analyze business issues and opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly commentary, key company initiatives, business results, and analyses for senior management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You Bring :

  • 1-3 years of experience with financial analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or mathematics required.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Yardi or Argus a plus
  • Strategic and agile thinker with the ability to adapt to change

    The compensation for this position is determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role. Final salary offers will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the candidate's skills and the company's compensation structure.
