We are currently hiring a Manager, Planning to join our Maritime Solutions team that helps keep the U.S. Navy Fleet mission ready. • Provide guidance and oversight to Schedulers in the development and execution of integrated production and master schedules, as well as other schedules for multiple Department of Defense ship repair projects
• Develop and maintain integrated production and master schedules, and oversee the development and maintenance of schedules in support of Program and Project Managers
• Lead and mentor team members to improve scheduling and resource forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources to meet business goals
• Identify and mitigate risks, and recommend contingency plans
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve scheduling and resource forecasting
• Provide support to new business development and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procedures

Pay Information :

Full-Time Salary Range : $116419 - $197912 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
