Overview
- Bi-lingual RN (English / Spanish) Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently to effectively communicate with patients and families.
Office Location : Dalton, GA
Coverage area : Whitfield, Catoosa, Walker, Murray, Dade, Floyd, Fannin, Gilmer, Polk, & Gordon counties
Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 8am - 5pm, with after hours on-call rotation

Assess / monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patientsCreate hospice care plans that align with the patient's wishes and goalsDirect nursing care : administering medications, treatments, and interventionsProvide pain and symptom managementEducate and support the patient’s family and caregiversCollaborate with interdisciplinary teamMaintain accurate and timely documentationParticipate in on-call rotation as required by local branchBenefits and Perks for You!

Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation
One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferredExperience in hospice or a similar setting preferredKnowledge of the hospice philosophy of careCommitment to clinical and documentation excellenceMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state / or organization requirements and is in good working order
