Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Manager to oversee, support, and develop our field team. In this role, youll supervise field technicians, ensure top-tier customer service, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities :

Team Development & Leadership

• Hire, mentor, and train field technicians to deliver outstanding service.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with Talent and HR teams.
• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate technician performance and provide monthly coaching (or more frequently, as needed).
• Facilitate one-on-one meetings with employees to review performance and skill development.
