Job Details

We are currently seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney specializing in Labor & Employment to join our dynamic legal team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of labor and employment litigation matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and high-stakes labor and employment cases, providing direct counsel to clients and representing them in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative tribunals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor and employment laws, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for advocating for clients' rights.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of labor and employment disputes, including wrongful termination, employment discrimination, wage and hour violations, and non-compete agreements.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations under applicable labor and employment laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Develop litigation strategies and present cases in court or before administrative tribunals.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws to prevent potential legal disputes.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure effective and efficient case management.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and employment laws and regulations, and educate clients and colleagues on these changes.
