Regional Supply Chain Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize supply chain operations across multiple locations in the Riverview, FL region. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in logistics, procurement, and inventory management who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations across regional facilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution functions
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations managementProven leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in supply chain software and ERP systemsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPay Details : $75,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
