Educate and Communicate Confidently : Represent TurboTax enthusiastically in your community, hosting learning events and demystifying taxes. Build Relationships : Connect with clients to foster trust and turn one-time transactions into loyal, multi-year relationships. Deliver a Best-in-Class Customer Experience : Create exceptional experiences that help clients achieve their financial goals. Possess active, unrestricted credentials : EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience. Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN). Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season. Willing to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus! A passion for empowering customers and simplifying the complexities of taxation. Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow your customer portfolio. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Proficiency with technology, including tax preparation software and CRM tools. About the Role
In this role, you will :
- Work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually.
- Provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support.
- Connect with clients on a personal level to alleviate their tax-related stress.
- Grow TurboTax’s client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
This position is nonexempt and requires your presence at a TurboTax location on a seasonal basis.
