Our district encompasses more than 720 square miles serving California's Nevada, Placer, and El Dorado counties. We are proud to have the lowest district-wide class size ratios in Placer County and serve just over 4,000 students in our 12 schools. Purpose Statement :

The job of Instructional Assistant is done for the purpose / s of assisting assigned teaching personnel in the supervision and instruction of students, and performing classroom clerical tasks in support of the instructional process.
