This position involves providing comprehensive care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a 1 : 5-6 patient ratio, utilizing EPIC charting, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Duties : Provide patient-centered nursing care in a medical-surgical telemetry environment Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document accurately in EPIC Collaborate with physicians, allied health staff, and families to ensure coordinated care Manage heparin and Lasix gtt (non-titrated) Participate in unit meetings, handoffs, and quality improvement initiatives Support safe, evidence-based practices within hospital standards Requirements : Minimum 2 years of RN experience Minimum 1 year specialty experience (Med Surg / Tele) Recent Trauma Level I or II hospital experience required Epic EMR proficiency (recent use required) Certifications : Required : BLS (AHA) Preferred : ACLS Education : Required : ASN or Nursing Diploma Preferred : BSN
