Executive Chef Requirements And Qualifications

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to make an immediate impact on restaurant results
  • Ability to build strong, cohesive teams and pursue excellence relentlessly
  • High volume Experience of 6M+
  • Strong experience in event execution
  • Review P&L results and develop a plan for possible improvements

    • Executive Chef Preferred Background And Skills

  • High energy and a charismatic approach to guests interactions
  • Background in catering, banquets, or event-driven operations
  • Strong relationships with local purveyors and knowledge of sustainable sourcing
