The General Manager's primary purpose is to develop restaurant management and hourly staff to build and increase sales, improve profitability, and ensure employee and guest satisfaction. They are responsible for the success of the operation within their control, supporting the mission, vision, and values of First Watch Restaurants. Essential duties include developing a culture of accountability, managing operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness.

Requirements include a professional presentation, passion for fresh food, effective communication skills, and the ability to work more than 40 hours per week. Qualifications include 4 years of management in a full-service restaurant, 2 years as a General Manager, and heavy kitchen experience.
