A company is looking for an Executive Director of Community Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy for fiber-to-the-Home / Unit projects targeting homeowners' associations and related sectors
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to ensure client satisfaction and establish a pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings and marketing strategies with community needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) and / or a minimum of six years of related experience
Three years of enterprise-level sales leadership experience
Six years of experience selling to developers, builders, and associations in the HOA or MDU sectors
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Knowledge of the bulk services market in Florida is preferred
