Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health / Quality Assurance

Shift : Days, 5x8s, no weekends

Location : within 15 minutes of Silver Cross Hospital

Requirements :

Census :  24-26 on case load. If given a bigger territory that number will go down.

Mileage : Reimbursed at the standard IRS rate.

Services : Catheter Care

Chronic Disease Management & Telemonitoring

Diabetes Management

Home Health Aide Services

Infusion Management (including antibiotic therapy)

Laboratory testing

Medical Social Service

Nutrition Instruction

Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy

Skilled Nursing

Telemonitoring and Virtual visits

Tube Feeding

Wound / Ostomy Care
