Key Responsibilities
Perform welcome, disenrollment, member check-in, and health screening reminder calls to health plan members
Maintain documentation in SharePoint and other systems to accurately capture call outcomes
Coordinate with other departments and teams to fully support a positive member experience
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited program
1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center environment
