Hourly Range : $32.59 - $32.59
Overview : Responsible for the preservation of public peace and order, the prevention and detection of crime, the apprehension of offenders, the protection of persons and property in assigned area and the enforcement of the Laws of the State of CT, the ordinances of the City of New Haven, and the regulations of the University.

Principal Responsibilities :
Required Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent. Successfully complete police training as specified by the Connecticut General Statutes 7-294d.
Required License(s) or Certification(s) : Possesses a valid State of Connecticut Police Officer Certification, or pass necessary requirements to validate such certification up to and including successful completion of a certified police recruit training academy.
