American Traveler is seeking a BSN-prepared RN with BLS for an inpatient rehab night shift position, requiring strong team collaboration and a Missouri or Compact RN license.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
Work in an acute rehab unit within a hospital settingNight shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AMPatient ratio is 1 : 5 on days and 1 : 5-6 on nightsCare for patients needing prolonged physical, speech, or occupational therapy, including post-surgical, post-stroke, and CHF patientsOccasional IV management and lab draws required; this is a non-telemetry unitCollaborative care alongside physical therapy and care management teamsCharting is done in Epic, with prior Epic experience preferredRole involves planning patient discharge in coordination with therapy and care management teamsEnvironment emphasizes team-based patient careFirst-time travelers are considered with additional experienceCandidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to receive travel rate; locals are accepted at a reduced rateEmployees must be separated from prior employment at the facility for at least one year to be eligibleOrientation includes required modules completed through MyPathFree parking is availableCandidates may need to provide copies of driver’s license and social security card for consideration\n \n Requirements\n
