Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the Movers Program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Map out the end-to-end customer journey for movers, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to improve the experience.
Analyze data and customer feedback to identify drivers of churn and develop targeted strategies to mitigate these risks.
Partner with internal stakeholders, including offers, sales, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of the Movers Program.
Collaborate on the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at movers, utilizing a mix of digital, social, and traditional media.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the Movers Program.
