Manager Role Two Maids Home Cleaning Franchise
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a Two Maids home cleaning franchise in Albany, NY. The Manager will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining scheduling and logistics, and driving business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning teams.
- Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
- Schedule and dispatch teams to customer homes efficiently.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Track KPIs and help meet revenue and performance goals.
- Assist with local marketing and community outreach.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.Minimum 23 years of experience in operations, customer service, or management (preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or franchise settings).Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.Compensation Package :
