If you are 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED hold a valid driver's license and motivated to work while having a great time assisting others, The Arc of Iroquois County is the place for you. You will learn everything you need to know through the training program, which includes both on-line and on-the-job training. And guess what?? You are paid while going through training.
Starting wage is $17.75 with a $.25 increase after you have completed medication administration training. You are then eligible for an increase up to 5% after your 1st year of service. Position available is Full - time and most of your hours will be at the Welles Career Center on 1st shift. The position does require the employee to work 6-8 hours in the CILA program. Depending on what is available the employee may need to work prior to 8a or after 2 : 30p to get the full-time hours.
