We're looking for an IT Service Desk Analystto join our collaborative team supporting RHCNZ Medical Imaging's nationwide network.

RHCNZ Medical Imagingis New Zealand's largest private radiology provider, comprising Auckland Radiology, Bay Radiology, and Pacific Radiology. About the role :

  • This is a full-time, permanentposition reporting to the IT Operations Team Lead.
  • You'll be part of a high-performing IT team that provides responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable support to our staff across the country.
  • While much of your work will be delivered remotely, you'll also have the opportunity to travel between sites to provide hands-on support and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
  • This opportunity is preferably based in Wellington but will look at candidates in Auckland, Tauranga or Christchurch for the right person

    • Key responsibilities :

  • Be the first point of contact for IT support via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues—hardware, software, networking, security, and more.
  • Provide remote desktop support and on-site assistance when needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
  • Support onboarding / offboarding processes and assist with IT project rollouts.

    • About you :

  • You have 2+ years' experience in an IT Service Desk or customer support role.
  • You're confident using remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
  • You're a clear communicator with a strong customer service focus.
  • You're organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • You're open to learning new systems and technologies.
  • You hold a full NZ driver's licence and are comfortable travelling to support our sites.

    • Bonus skills :

  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
